What's included

Live Producer$50 per booked studio hour
A producer supports your session from setup to recording, helping your show run smoothly.
What's included
- Camera switching, audio monitoring and recording checks.
- Guest setup, timing cues and technical assistance.
- Playback of supplied intros/outros, ads, images and videos, plus on-screen logos.
- Remote guest connection via Riverside.
Before your session
Send supplied media, remote guest details and special instructions before your session. Include a running order with segment timings and media cues where needed.
Files after recording
Receive a switched full-length video, separate camera recordings and an audio file after recording.
Charged at $50 for each booked studio hour. Livestreaming is not included.
Full-Length Video + Audio Edit$150 per episode
A finished edit of your studio recording, delivered as Full HD video (1920 x 1080, 30fps) and a separate MP3 audio file.
What's included
- Camera switching, audio cleanup and colour correction.
- Supplied intro, outro and standard logo placement.
- Up to 10 supplied ad, image, video or overlay inserts, with placement timestamps. Intro/outro and standard logo placement are additional to this allowance.
- Cuts and removals based on your timestamped instructions.
- One consolidated revision round, including further cuts.
What to supply
- A shared folder link containing your ready-to-use intro/outro, logo, ads and media.
- For each insert: the filename and placement timestamp.
- For each removal: start and end timestamps.
Add your folder link in the booking form. Include instructions in the folder, or email your completed brief and assets to thebyeround@gmail.com after recording if they are not ready when you book.
Delivery and revisions
First edit: 1-2 business days after your session and receipt of all assets and editing instructions.
Included revision round: Send one consolidated set of feedback. Allow an additional 1-2 business days from receipt of your feedback, depending on the changes requested.
Custom graphics, additional inserts, substantial restructuring and further revision rounds are quoted separately.
Booking details
Online booking options are 1-6 hours at $200 per studio hour during standard hours, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm. Outside-hours and weekend pricing will be added separately. Public holiday, unstaffed access, same-day edit, complex technical, livestream, sponsor or brand integration requests need studio approval before payment.
Booking, cancellation and rescheduling policy
Standard online bookings are confirmed once full payment is received. All notice periods are measured from your scheduled session start time.
Cancellations
- More than 48 hours’ notice: Receive a refund or booking credit, less any non-refundable payment processing fees where applicable.
- 24 to 48 hours’ notice: Receive booking credit equal to 50% of your booking fee.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice or a no-show: The full booking fee is forfeited.
Rescheduling
- More than 48 hours’ notice: You may reschedule your booking once at no charge.
- 24 to 48 hours’ notice: A rescheduling fee equal to 25% of your original booking fee applies.
